What Is A Cacao Ceremony?

Our cacao ceremony is sacred ritual using nature to open your heart & slow your mind.This is a divine communion between the plant medicine cacao and your highest self. In ceremony, as well as drinking a bigger dose of cacao we also connect with:

  • Embodied movement
  • Journaling
  • Breathwork
  • Talking circle

The ceremony lasts between 60-90 minutes, offering you a chance to deeply connect with your inner world, make space for wisdom & guidance from the spirit of cacao & welcome any messages from the divine.

Open to all that are curious about doing inner work in a supported by nature.
