Our Sun blend, named so as a reflection of that yang, daytime, sun, outward energy is warming and spicy to the palate. Think autumnal and winter spices added to your cacao or anything else such as a latte or a freshly squeezed orange and hot water for a hydrating winter drink.

A natural sweetener for cacao, our organic panel, an unrefined sugar from Columbia, has more nutrients than sugar as they have not been stripped out.

We added spices and fruits to give this cacao activator a YANG energy.

Cayenne pepper – a remarkable herb from the capsicum family (not the chilli family) moves your blood, as it’s a circulatory stimulant keeping your blood vessels wide and intensify’s action of other herbs and spices.

Cinnamon – blood sugar balancing, anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and anti-viral, warms the body and supports digestion.

Orange – a great source of fibre and vitamin c and polyphenols which protect the body against oxidative stress.

1/2-1 tsp added to your cacao balances it perfectly.
