Our cacao has outstanding benefits to health and is made from the highest quality material.
Our Criolla variety is considered to be “the king of cacao” because it is the an ancient variety, it is not a hybrid, and produces high quality beans of fine flavours and aromas constituting an important percentage in the production of fine chocolate.
Minimum possible processing is used, applying low fermentation and low temperature without roasting, by means of unique methods to maintain its natural purity and quality.
Our cacao is cultivated by small farmer co-operatives that support social responsibility.
Cacao is bitter by nature but in comparison to other cacao’s the feedback has been that this has a soft and feminine quality, not as bitter as others, so less sweetener is required. An intense chocolatey flavour and thick creaminess when properly prepared.
These limited edition drops are easy to use and great to travel with.
Holistic Health Cacao comes in a white foil bag for easy storage and is packaged in a white box, look at adding our other products such as rose syrup and herbs for a lovely present.
